Return Policy
According to the legislation in force (GEO no. 34/2014), individual consumers have the right to return a product within 14 calendar days of receipt , without giving a reason and without additional costs, except for delivery.
At Zenino, we extend this right to 30 calendar days , so that you have enough time to decide.
In addition, you have free returns , only once per order, if:
- the product is returned completely (original packaging, accessories, labels intact);
- does not show signs of wear, use or damage due to the customer's fault;
- the request is made within 30 days of receiving the product.
If the product is returned with traces of use, aesthetic or technical defects caused by the customer , CKV GLOBAL STORE SRL reserves the right to:
- retain the value of the round-trip transportation;
- apply a restocking fee of between 10–20% of the product value.
The product value will be refunded within 14 calendar days of receipt of the return and completion of the checks.
Cannot be returned :
- products made on special order, according to art. 16 of GEO 34/2014;
- products that can no longer be resold as new.
If the product delivered is non-conforming or differs from that presented on the site, it can be returned at no cost to the customer, with a written notification within 48 hours of delivery . You can request either a replacement of the product or a full refund of the amount paid.
